01Does Matrix One have AI?
Yes. Matrix Mind is the assistant built into Matrix Req, and the Compliance Checker assesses technical documentation against regulatory standards. Both run inside your existing Matrix environment with no separate setup.
02Can the AI change our records?
No. The AI does not have the capability to alter, delete or manipulate existing data in your system. Every output is reviewed and confirmed by a person before anything is implemented.
03Is our data used to train the models?
No. We do not train any model on customer data or on public data. Our AI agents use pre trained models from trusted providers under a zero data retention condition, so your data is never retained or reused.
04Who owns the output the AI generates?
You do. Your data remains the exclusive property of your organisation at all times, input and output alike, and Matrix One and its suppliers acquire no rights, title or interest in it.
05Which Matrix products have AI features?
